expanded past this information. When delivered
correctly, Strength & Conditioning is an area both
Youth and Adult athletes thrive from when implemented
into their weekly training.

So it's just a gym session. Nope, well yes.
However, S&C for sports are not UPPER &
LOWER body split sessions. The aim to
develop the athletes & apply demands for
what is needed to improve physical
performance within the individuals sport.
Why do you upload
Just call me 'Mr Guidance', no please don't.
Personally, I enjoy uploading them. Away from
S&C, I still train awesome people like you & me
who train just to feel good & lose that stubborn body fat.
The videos are of exercises we perform weekly, they just
breakdown how to perform them safely without injuring
yourself along the way. It's all part of a much BIGGER plan.
